On New Years Eve we took a drive to Mount Tamalpais in Marin County, California to document a surprise proposal. We actually did video for this instead of photography but couldn’t resist capturing a few shots on film. Mount Tamalpais in Marin County sits inside a beautiful state park that overlooks San Fransisco. The overlook is absolutely stunning and is the perfect spot for a surprise proposal. Our friend Isaac took his bride to be to Mount Tamalpais under the guise of a “new years eve adventure” and she didn’t suspect a thing. Once they arrived Isaac led Margo to the edge of the mountain before getting down on one knee and asking a certain little question about forever. Meanwhile Ryan and I were pretending to be models for our good friend Alyssa who was photographing the proposal which was absolutely ridiculous and we now have a collection of photos full of cheesy poses to remember the experience. Anyways back to our soon to be groom on his knee- Margo said yes without hesitation and what followed was possibly the cutest moments ever. Oh the joys of being a California Wedding Photographer. We hope you enjoy the photos AND our first video ever!
